This study describes the development and implementation of a livestock control system at the Abigail farm, located in the rural parish of Guasaganda, in the province of Cotopaxi, Ecuador. The project's objective was to optimize animal management through a digital platform built under the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, using technologies such as Python (Flask), MySQL, and Bootstrap. The system integrates functional modules for animal registration, health and reproductive control, inventory management, and financial tracking. The agile SCRUM methodology was applied, enabling the system to be developed in iterative sprints with continuous feedback from farm staff. The satisfaction survey conducted showed high acceptance, highlighting ease of use, improved data organization, and the effectiveness of automated alerts. The results demonstrate that the implemented solution meets the specific needs of rural livestock systems and can be replicated in similar contexts to enhance productivity and decision-making.
